Richard K. Bauman practices business, real estate, and construction law. He has had his own law firm for over 20 years. His goal is to provide quality legal services in a cost-effective manner.

He acts as outside general counsel for a variety of small to medium-sized businesses, notably firms in the construction industry. His work includes forming corporations and LLCs, negotiating contracts and leases, and litigating real estate, construction, and collection cases.

He also serves as insurance defense counsel for architects and engineers in construction defect litigation. He has represented clients in dozens of such cases, which involved single-family residences, condominiums, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, schools, medical facilities, correctional facilities, roads, and utilities.
